  • To identify and exchange knowledge related to alternative experiences and strategies of development as well as to the difficulties faced by family farming in three semi-arid regions – north-eastern Brazil, the interior of the central-southern region of Portugal and in the Island of Santiago in Cape Verde, aiming at the implementation of a joint project of scientific and technical cooperation.
